Cirelli Foods Facility

Cirelli Foods Inc. had outgrown their existing warehouse/distribution facility. They had also begun to explore the concept of selling overstock items on a limited retail basis. To address these two situations, Cirelli Foods decided to construct a new mixed-use facility on a 15 acre site in Middleborough Park at 495.

Meridian Associates was engaged by the Park owner to complete design, permitting and construction support for the new 160,000 square foot facility to be constructed in two phases. The design was complicated by the fact that the project site configuration was changing in response to realignment of an internal subdivision road. This situation mandated that the design respond to current, interim and future lot configuration and infrastructure conditions. Through careful planning and diligent coordination, Meridian was able to successfully complete the project without costly redesign or construction modifications.
