The Oxford Transfer Station was constructed to handle 75 tons of construction debris per day from local contractors in surrounding communities. The facility consists of an 18,000 sq. ft. transfer station for tipping and loading with a detached 7,000 sq.ft. office and maintenance building all situated on 11.3 acres.

Meridian Associates was retained to provide construction layout services and provided technical services in obtaining regulatory permits to operate the facility through mapping and documentation.
