Meridian Associates pays 100% of the employee’s premium for a medical insurance. Our plan is open to employee spouses and dependents as well. Our plan also offers a complimentary wellness program to encourage employees and their families to make their health and wellness a priority.

Disability Insurance
Meridian Associates offers short and long-term disability insurance to employees. Meridian contributes to these premiums if an employee opts to take advantage of this benefit.
