Meridian Associates, as the civil engineering firm, is working with Beverly Crossing, Windover Construction, and Barnat Development in the revitalization of downtown Beverly. New mixed-use buildings including restaurants, retail, and luxury apartments are rising skyward in the business district of Beverly where underutilized and abandoned properties have been for decades.
Meridian has taken the projects from the design phase through the entitlement process and provided the site-civil design for these new developments. The projects are part of a broader city-led effort for transit-oriented development to position Beverly as a community of choice for vehicle-free residents and allow easy access to downtown Boston.
Meridian has been engaged in the planning and design of several major projects on Rantoul Street including:

- The Flats at 131
- Burnham apartments
- 480 Rantoul Apartments (Under Construction)
