EBSCO is a leader in online resources and support to libraries, research facilities and the global business community. To accommodate EBSCO's growth, expanded parking was needed for their anticipated staff increase.  Demolition of a nearby commercial building was selected and converted into a four-level parking garage to fulfill EBSCO's parking requirements.

Meridian provided site engineering services to resolve the impact on the stormwater systems resulting from the building conversion to parking. The design resolution mitigated impact through the installation of grease and oil separators with sediment removal beneath the garage, ensuring that the stormwater infrastructure within adjacent ways and nearby Ipswitch River would not be adversely affected.
