Meridian leverages our decades of experience to help owner/developer teams throughout the project lifecycle by providing our services from project inception and design through construction. Within the building envelope, Meridian’s skilled surveyors provide fast, minimally intrusive 3-D Laser Scanning services to capture the existing conditions and to create final as-built models of the building’s substructure, utilities and other appurtenances. Outside of the building envelope, our accomplished surveyors provide existing conditions site information utilizing the most modern surveying equipment available to capture the sites topography and all other site features. Our team of civil engineers uses the survey data that was collected to inform and support our design of access drives, sidewalks, parking lots, utilities, erosion control devices, and stormwater management.

Meridian’s Site LEED landscape architecture division works with our civil engineers to develop sustainable, low-maintenance green infrastructure solutions. Our expert design team also integrates the design of photovoltaic (PV) canopies supporting building and campus clean energy electrification into their designs.
