Melissa L. Fahey, SHRM-SCP

Director of Human Resources & Finance

As Director of HR and Finance, Melissa Fahey is a member of Meridian’s leadership team and Board of Directors. Having worked alongside the firm’s founding Principals for nearly a decade, she played an instrumental role in transitioning the firm to becoming a 100% Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) practice.

In her position, Melissa provides direction and insight in strategic planning and business operations to drive growth and equity value. She oversees finances, human resources, statutory and contractual compliance, and corporate-wide administrative functions. In addition, Melissa manages relationships with the firm’s ESOP trustee, insurance and benefit brokers and third-party administrators, attorneys, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and outside financial associates. A graduate of University of Massachusetts Amherst, Melissa lives with her husband and children in Ipswich.
