Care Dimensions engaged Meridian Associates to develop an as-built plan for a land parcel that had special permit requirements.

Meridian captured highly detailed topographic data using our vehicle and aerial LiDAR scanner. The data was collected in an afternoon as compared to the multi-day effort typically required for traditional topographic surveys. Meridian created a 3D point cloud which was then used to draft a detailed existing conditions plan. The sophisticated LiDAR scanner captured an emergency road gate, a flush paver island adjacent to the entrance road as well as roadway signs and paint lines. Our rapid turnaround on the as-built plan contributed to successfully obtaining the special permit for the next phase of this project.
